9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Houston, Texas.
10. Third-Party Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to provide any rights to third parties to enforce any term. These Terms are between the Buyer and Selleck only.
